New Client Process

Establishing a wealth management relationship is an important decision for everyone.

Our team is dedicated to helping individuals and families create wealth management plans that are meaningful and in alignment with their life’s priorities.

We very intentionally limit the number of people we serve to ensure each of our valued clients receives the personalized attention they need and deserve.

Our New Client Process (~30 days) allows the opportunity for both of us to get to know each other better so we can determine if we’re the right fit for a long-term partnership.



Step 1

Initial Phone Call

We start by scheduling a 15-minute phone call so we can learn more about each other. We’ll share general information about what we do and you’ll tell us more about what you’re looking for in a wealth management relationship. If we agree there’s potential for a partnership, we’ll mail you our introductory packet.


Step 2

Introductory Packet

You’ll receive your introductory packet in the mail a few days after our first call. In it you’ll find worksheets and paperwork to complete and send back to us. The information you share is very important because it will provide us with insights and background information so we can more accurately prepare for our first office meeting.



Step 3

Discovery Meeting

After receiving and processing your information from the packet, we’ll schedule our first in-office meeting. You’ll meet our team and share more about your situation, goals, and what matters most. We’ll provide you with more information about our services and the value we bring to each client relationship. 


Step 4

Recommendations Meeting

With a clearer understanding of your life vision and objectives, our team will develop a plan to help you achieve your goals. In our second in-office meeting we’ll share our recommendations with you and explain more thoroughly how we can utilize our expertise to optimize your wealth.
