Cornerstones for a Healthy Life, Part Seven
Do random acts of kindness. Don’t look back in anger. Realize just how far you’ve come. Jump some rope. Learn about nutrition. Be comfortable standing alone. Cut costs before trouble starts. Go on a solitude retreat. Wax your car by hand. Volunteer at a hospice. Practice gratefulness. Attend your city council meeting. Be a “daydream believer”. Simplify your life. Keep time in context. Have a neighborhood party. Volunteer in a political campaign. Get those home projects done. Gather your friends and serve a meal at a homeless shelter. Count your blessings before you have to. Attempt something you think is impossible right now. Speak out for yourself even if your knees buckle. Know that angels are working overtime for you right now. Quit doing optional things which don’t make your life better.
